Brakes as requested, oil change and 16 new plugs all done same place, plus a wash before vehicle pick up. 1000 for plugs was a shock (punn intended), but overall fair value for prompt and proper, same day service. Dundee, represent.

The guys were friendly and fast. I was probably third in line, flat tire walk-ins, and was still in and out in 20 minutes. Late on a Sunday. The cashier was also delightful. And, I don't know if it was a special or normally included but it came with a car wash! Sweet deal and great service!

My car started making a weird noise and I've heard great things about this shop! They had plenty of appointments available to choose from. I decided to drop my car off in the morning so they could get to it when they were able, knowing they are incredibly busy. Luckily it was an easy fix. The mechanics were very kind and good at their skill. I will definitely be back next time my car needs something!

Great customer service! Unlike tires plus! It was 7 o'clock PM by the time I got there; I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it quick and it was cheap! I would definitely recommend them!

Stopped by Buchanan’s about 30 minutes before closing and was helped by Patrick. He was incredibly friendly, took the time to answer my questions, and even taught me a few things along the way. He could have easily rushed me out the door, but instead went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Great customer service and just an all-around genuine guy. Buchanan’s is lucky to have him on the team.

About a week ago, my car started making a strange noise. It was getting worse and worse. I didn't want to wait any longer. Buchanan's was able to get me in straight away. What I thought was the problem, wasn't. Instead of facing thousands of dollars in repairs, they fixed everything up like new at a fraction of that. They were fast, efficient, and my car is driving like new again, no more strange noises. I now know where I'll be bringing my car the next time I need service.

Steve and his staff were very kind and diligent in handling the issue with my Volvo XC90. They quickly diagnosed the problem, a loose transmission shift cable, and repaired it efficiently. They were very generous with their time and expertise. I highly recommend this place. The best mechanic I’ve had in my 25 years as a car owner.

Pat and Sergio are both exceptional. I arrived in Omaha from Chicago late Friday night, around 8 pm, and noticed some crazy brake noise. Without hesitation, Pat took my car, drove it around, and returned with the car jacked up. I’m not sure what he did, but he successfully fixed the brake noise. These guys are rare and top-notch. I’d give them a 10/10 service rating. I wish I wasn’t in a rush to get to dinner because I would have bought them drinks. Might still stop in.

HUGE shout out to these guys, especially Sergio! My tire popped off the side wall thanks to Omaha pot holes. I stopped in and Sergio took my tire straight in the shop, got it back on the rim properly, aired it up and even removed my spare tire and put the fixed tire back on for me, in the cold at no extra charge! He was very kind and professional, as is all the staff anytime I've stopped in!

Car had died in my garage. Called Buchanan's and they sent a very nice guy to jump start it to I could drive it to the station. They checked and told me I needed a new battery, but the old one was still on warranty. Got a new battery and was on my way. Always great people and great service.

I have never had such a positive experience at a mechanic shop. Every employee there was incredibly kind and respectful. They were transparent about the issues they found during the inspection, brought me pictures and gave their honest opinion about the urgency (turns out I’m good to wait another ~6000 miles!). I was able to see my car during the services which was an added bonus! They even vacuumed my car, ran it through the car wash and cleaned the inside of the windows when they were done. The prices were fair and they were very efficient. I will definitely be going back!!

Excellent service. First time going, which I wasn’t thrilled about.. but I came out of work to a bolt in my tire! What. Fun. Luckily they were fast, nice, and it was only $21.95 to get it fixed. I would hate to have to go back but I absolutely will should I need anything done. Would recommend.

Excellent shop, these guys really know their stuff. For a reasonable price they gave me an assessment of my car's suspension issues, two issues were obvious, the other two were not. They took my Sienna for a short run, then had it up on the hoist, had the wheels turning at speed, while inspecting the rims, bearings, struts and arms. I'm very grateful for the honest, quality analytical work they did in this regard.
